Dr. Yasser Sattar is licensed to practice medicine in multiple states, including Pennsylvania (2026–2028), Delaware (2025–2027), Kentucky (2026–2027), North Carolina (2026–2027), New York (2023–2027), and West Virginia (2023–2027). He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He also holds certification from the Certified Board of Nuclear Cardiology (CBNC) and the National Board of Echocardiography, both obtained in 2023.
My Mission
Advanced Interventional Cardiologist with focus on coronary, structural heart, and peripheral vascular interventions.
I am extensively trained in cardiovascular imaging, including echocardiography, nuclear cardiology stress testing, and cardiac CT. My clinical approach emphasizes a strong foundation in preventive cardiology, complemented by a balanced interventional skillset that includes complex PCI, endovascular interventions, and structural heart procedures.
As an outcomes researcher with an M.Sc. in Research and Science and a future J.D. in Health Law, I aim to be both a clinical and legal advocate for my patients. My research has been recognized through the Heart and Vascular Institute Research Award for three consecutive years, and I have authored or co-authored over 600 manuscripts and abstracts.
My professional interests center on interventional cardiology, cardiovascular outcomes, preventive strategies, data standards, and patient advocacy at the intersection of medicine and law.
